This rule could additionally apply to things that are taken from endangered species, like Ivory. When it comes to these varieties of items, when in doubt, don’t.
Tickets could be sold, however it’s illegal to sell tickets for a higher value than you originally bought them. This is often called ticket scalping, and it is illegal. Lottery tickets are banned from eBay auctions, and raffle tickets. Again, if you are not certain if your item is eligible for an eBay auction, either don’t place it up for auction, or contact eBay to induce a solution one means or the other.
